Yes, members are able to downgrade their membership from a Black Card membership to a 4Less membership by logging in to the Member Portal and select “Upgrade” in the “Membership Details” tab. Within the "Upgrade" section you will be given the choice to downgrade.
If you’re a member from Manitoba, you may request a downgrade by visiting Membership Changes. Fill in the form with all the required information and select “Downgrade My Membership” in the dropdown menu. 5 business days' notice is required. The change will take effect within the next two billing cycles.
1-Year Paid in Full Memberships cannot be downgraded.
*Please note that if you request to downgrade and you've recently cancelled your membership, your cancellation will be removed and your membership will remain active.
