We offer two membership options for members who are 15 years of age up to the age of majority in the province where their club is located:
Teen 4Less Membership
A Teen 4Less Membership provides access to one Fit4Less location only during Staffed Hours. Hydro Massage Bed and Massage Chair access is available for purchase for $5 + tax per session.
Teen Black Card Membership
A Teen Black Card Membership enjoys additional Black Card benefits, including:
- Access to all Fit4Less locations during staffed hours
- Access to Black Card Amenities such as massage chairs, hydro massage loungers (excludes use of tanning and red light therapy)
- Access to Black Card Workout Areas, where available
Teen Black Card memberships cannot be shared with others.
Teen members must complete their membership sign-up online. A parent or legal guardian must be present when the membership card is picked up to complete the joining process.
