Yes, members are able to downgrade from a Black Card membership to a 4Less membership by logging in to the Member Portal and selecting “Upgrade/downgrade membership” in the “Membership Details” tab.
If you’re a member from Manitoba, you may request a downgrade by visiting Membership Changes. Fill in the form with all the required information and select “Downgrade My Membership” in the dropdown menu. 5 business days' notice is required. The change will take effect within the next two billing cycles.
1-Year Paid in Full Memberships cannot be downgraded.
*Please note that if you request to downgrade and you've recently cancelled your membership, your cancellation will be removed and your membership will remain active.
